Core message of the talk: Artificial intelligence (AI) can be a powerful tool to improve user experience (UX). However, not every product or service needs AI. It is important to evaluate if your solution is good the way it is or does it truly need AI. If it does, then you need to consider the user’s needs, the AI’s capabilities, and the overall UX. Once you have started, it is important to ensure inclusivity and adoption by making sure the AI is accessible and transparent, and by getting feedback from users.
