As a seasoned UX designer, I have spent over a decade collaborating closely with startup founders, assisting them in creating Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). My skills extend across product designing, strategic development, and effectively guiding cross-functional and creative teams while actively contributing to the company’s goals. In addition to my professional endeavours,
I serve as a jury member at design colleges and a visiting faculty, sharing my knowledge with aspiring designers. I have authored articles that got featured in top UX platforms, showcasing my thought leadership in the field. Beyond my professional life, I am an avid gamer, drummer, and biker, and I love to spend quality time with my family.
This blend of personal interests and professional experiences has given me valuable insights, enabling me to harmonize user-centric design and business objectives perfectly.

The incremental increase in the user base of template-based chatbots triggers troubles as templates come with limited options, abrupt endings, and inadequate confirmations and feedback. AI’s response to users in those bots could annoy users.
